We spend most of the day, and an unreasonable amount of night, on our computers.  In fact you’d almost think computers are surgically attached appendages for most of us here at EnzymesByTAI.com. So sending us an email is usually the fastest way to contact us.

The second best contact method is fax. You can send us a fax toll free at (866) 250-2798. Please make sure to let us know how and when we should call you back. If you send us a fax from work but don’t want us calling you there, please make sure we know that as we don’t enjoy having your boss yell at us any more than you like having him yell at you.  Seriously, you’d be shocked at how many times we receive a fax containing no contact info at all, which means we can only contact you on the fax number you used to contact us. So if we later find out that your fax machine is in your bedroom and its 3 am where you are, well, sorry for waking you up with the grating beeps and tones. You can avoid this annoyance by clearly stating how we should contact you (phone, fax, email) and giving us some indication of when would be good for you.
